Hi! I’m Patri Ortega from Ontinyent, near Valencia, Spain, although I’ve lived in Barcelona for years. I’m a dietitian and nutritionist and I work mainly as a nutrition consultant. I also hold workshops and give lectures on nutrition. I love to travel, good food in general, and inventing new things while I cook. I like to read and write in my free time. I’m fascinated by the sea and water sports, and I find great enjoyment in hiking in the mountains.
