Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Carefully melt the butter in the microwave.

Mix all of the ingredients until you have a malleable dough and then let it stand for a couple minutes.

Place a piece of parchment paper on top of the countertop and place the dough on top. Place another piece of parchment paper on top of the dough and then roll it out with a rolling pin. Remove the top layer of parchment paper and cut out the cookies. You can do this by using a cookie cutter, or the rim of a cup, or small bowl.

Bake for 10 minutes. Decorate the cookies to your liking.

Tips & Tricks

If you would like to keep from using butter you can substitute it for coconut oil.
