Apple and Pumpkin Smoothie

Cook or roast the pumpkin beforehand. Let it cool and then later freeze it.

Add all of the ingredients to a food processor (the peeled apple, without the core) and blend until everything is well blended and combined and there are no lumps.

You can serve with some more cinnamon, some chocolate chips and walnuts.
Tips & Tricks
It will turn out better if you use a sweet pumpkin variety.
You can add a tablespoon of crushed flax seeds to increase the nutrients and to make it fulfilling.
