Wash and dice the apple. Slice the banana.

Put cooked quinoa into a bowl (see “tips and tricks” if you need to cook it). Add the milk and stir gently.

Arrange banana and apple pieces on top.

Finally, sprinkle a little cinnamon over the bowl.
Tips & Tricks
If you have a sweet tooth, you’ll love this bowl more with a little sugar, honey, or stevia, etc. Add when you mix the quinoa with the milk.
If you don’t have some quinoa already made up, you can make it from scratch. Its really easy. Wash 1 cup quinoa under running water. Measure out 2 parts water to 1 part quinoa. Put the water into a pan and bring to a boil. Add the quinoa and let cook, about 20 minutes, until the kernels have popped open.
