Instructions

1
Chop the garlic, onion, bell pepper, and tomato on a cutting board.
2
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a pot. When it's hot add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper and cook until the vegetables are tender.
3
Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until the meat turns brown.
4
Add the chicken stock, tomato sauce, beans, fresh diced tomatoes, and all of the spices (ground cumin, cayenne pepper, oregano, and a bit of salt). Stir the ingredients and cook on high heat until it begins to boil. Once boiling lower the heat and cook on low for 20-25 minutes or until it begins to thicken and the flavors are well integrated.

If you would like to try, add a teaspoon of Perrins sauce with the spices.

You can add a bit of sweet corn and fresh chopped cilantro. It will give your chili a refreshing touch.

You can serve with some grated cheese like cheddar and also some tortilla chips to enjoy as a dip, or you can use it as a filling for some delicious burritos. You can also enjoy this dish with some rice.
