Instructions

1
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2
Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Blend them in a food processor and then add to a deep bowl.
3
Add the beaten egg to the bowl along with the grated cheese and some salt. Use your hands to mix (don't be scared if the ingredients are a bit loose, and not completely integrated).
4
Prepare a baking sheet and place a greased sheet of parchment paper on top. Place the broccoli dough on top of the sheet and make a mountain. Now, use your hands and press down on the dough to give it a round shape and an even thickness.
5
Place in the oven and bake for 400°F and bake for 20 minutes.
6
After this time remove and flip the pizza carefully and spread tomato sauce on top. Place the diced slices of turkey, sliced tomato, and grated cheese on top.
7
Place in the oven again and bake at the same temperature for 10 minutes. Enjoy!

This pizza is delicious! Since it doesn't use any type of flour it won't come out as crispy as the pizzas you're used to eating. The crust is a bit softer, but the flavor is just as great!
