Cauliflower and Cheese Omelet

In your food processor chop the raw cauliflower.

Beat the eggs in a deep bowl. Next, add the chopped cauliflower, some salt, and mix the ingredients.

Add some oil to a pan. Once it's hot, add half of the mixture and spread around the pan. Cook for several minutes on medium heat.

Once you see that the cauliflower and egg are slightly cooked, sprinkle half of the cheese on top and carefully shut it by using half of the omelet. After about a minute, flip the omelet so that it browns on the other side and finishes melting the cheese.

Toast the bread and serve the omelets with some toast.
