Chop the onion and garlic and lightly fry in a pot with some hot oil for about 10 minutes, until the onion is transparent.

Chop the pumpkin and cut the cauliflower into small florets. Add them to the pot and cook for several minutes. Next, cover with water.

Cover the pot with a lid and cook for 30 minutes, until the cauliflower and pumpkin are tender.

When they are ready, blend until you reach a creamy consistency without lumps.
Tips & Tricks
Add some garlic powder and black pepper to increase the flavor.
You can serve with some sesame seeds, parsley, or croutons on top.
