Cauliflower and Tuna Pizza with Vegetables

Chop the cauliflower. Place on a cloth and remove all excess water because cauliflower has a lot.

Return the chopped cauliflower in the food processor or chopper and add the tuna, salt, and grated parmesan cheese and blend for several seconds to combine the ingredients.

Add the mixture to a bowl with the egg yolk (the whites can be saved and used in another recipe) and mix until it is well integrated.

Spread the dough on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.

While the crust is baking, slice the onion and finely chop the bell peppers.

After the 20 minutes remove the base from the oven and place a piece of parchment paper on top. Carefully flip it over.
Tips & Tricks
I added a handful of olives to the pizza along with some spices such as oregano and black pepper on top.
