Add the flour, yeast, and yogurt to a bowl. Mix the batter for several minutes until you have a pliable dough. If you have any type of kitchen appliance with a kneading function, that would be ideal to use. If you don't have one, no worries. Sprinkle some flour on a countertop and dedicate about 3-4 minutes to kneading.

Divide the dough into two. Put more flour on a surface and place one of your doughs. Use a rolling pin to extend it and spread it thin. Give it a long form (realistically you can give it any shape). Place the mozzarella on half of the dough and close it. Use the rolling pin to flatten it and spread it out again, this time with the cheese inside.

Use a bit of oil in a pan and cook the bread on both sides on medium heat, taking care not to burn it.
Tips & Tricks
It is important that you close the edges of the bread or else the cheese will come out with the heat.
You can dice an onion and chop some cilantro to put in a bowl with oil to brush the bread with.
You can add more cheese if you would like.
Use the flour that you like.
