Chia Pudding with Strawberry Jam

plant-based milk

vanilla essence

chia seed
5 tbsp
agave syrup

Instructions

Blend the strawberries in a blender and add a tablespoon of chia seeds. Let it stand until it reaches a jam consistency.

Mix the rest of the chia seeds with the milk, vanilla extract, and the honey. Place in a cup on top of the strawberry jam you have prepared. Let it stand in the fridge for a couple of hours (preferably all night).

Once it's ready, remove from the fridge and decorate with fresh strawberries. Yum!
