Instructions

Cut the chicken breast horizontally into several cutlets. Peel and mash the garlic using a mortar and pestle.

Put a little olive oil into a skillet and cook the chicken cutlets. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Melt the butter in another skillet. Then add the garlic and stir constantly to keep from burning.

Add the chicken broth the the skillet with the butter and garlic, together with the cream, a little Parmesan cheese, and the lemon juice. Bring to a boil, stirring from time to time. Then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Add the spinach and cook for 2 minutes in the sauce. It will cook with the heat in the pan.

Add the chicken cutlets to the skillet with the sauce and mix well. Serve and enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
If you don't have any chicken broth, just use water.
