Instructions
1
Lay the chicken on a cutting board and cut into bite-size pieces. Season with a little salt and pepper.
2
Heat a little olive oil in a skillet. When hot, add the chicken and fry, stirring often. When the chicken turns golden, remove from the heat and set aside.
3
Mince the garlic and onion.
4
Wash the mushrooms and bell pepper. Cut the mushroom into slices and the pepper into strips.
5
Heat a little olive oil into a skillet and lightly fry the garlic and onion for a few minutes, stirring regularly. Add the mushrooms and bell pepper, season with a little salt, and cook over medium heat for 4–5 minutes, stirring often.
6
Add the milk and turn up the heat. When the liquid begins to bubble, reduce the heat and stir in the flour. When the sauce is at the desired consistency, add the chicken and let soak up the flavor. Serve.
Tips & Tricks
For a more substantial meal, serve with a little rice or pasta.
If you want the sauce to thicken even more, add corn starch.
