Chocolate and Avocado Truffles

Instructions

Melt the chocolate in a pot over low heat or little by little in the microwave (don't burn the chocolate). Add the vanilla and mix.

Open the avocado and add the flesh to a bowl. Mash using a fork until you have a puree. Mix with the melted chocolate until they are very well blended.

Freeze the mixture until it is firm, but not completely frozen (it'll take between 15 and 30 minutes).

Remove the mixture from the freezer and form the balls, using a spoon to help measure the quantity.

When the truffle balls are ready, cover them in cocoa powder or with your favorite topping.
Tips & Tricks
When mixing the chocolate with the avocado, if you'd like, add some natural sweetener to make it sweet.
