Mix all the ingredients (except the chocolate spread) in a bowl. Beat thoroughly to a smooth, lump-free batter.

We recommend you rest the batter for at least 30 minutes before cooking.

Heat a little olive oil or butter in a skillet. Add a little of the batter and swirl the skillet to spread the batter evenly over the surface. When the edges start to color, flip the crepe. Repeat the process until all the batter is used up.

Spread each crepe with chocolate spread, then roll up and serve.
Tips & Tricks
You can also use whole-wheat flour. The batter will be a little thicker, but the crepes will be healthier.
