Instructions

Chop 1/2 onion and lightly fry in a pan with oil. When the onion is translucent, turn off the heat and set aside.

Wash the zucchini and grate it. Try removing as much water from the zucchini as possible. For this, press the zucchini with a fork or spoon in a colander. Now place it in a bowl.

Drain and remove the corn from the can.

Add the cooked onion to the same bowl as the zucchini, along with several tablespoons of corn, lentils, flour, and touch of salt.

Mix until you have a dough-like consistency. Using your hands, divide the dough and start making patties.

Tips & Tricks

If you have cumin, add 1 teaspoon to the mixture.

We used oat flour, but you can use any flour. You can also add more to the recipe if you see it necessary when putting the patties together.
