Instructions

Finely dice the garlic and onion. Lightly fry both ingredients with a drizzle of olive oil.

Add the cut cauliflower florets and cook for several minutes with the garlic and onion.

Add the sun-dried tomatoes, spices, salt, and cover with water or vegetable stock. Cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat.

When serving, decorate with some olives, parmesan cheese, and more sun-dried tomatoes.
