Cucumber Salad Stuffed Pita Bread
“Would you like to try this crispy and refreshing sandwich? Let's get started! Take out the cucumber you have in your fridge, add a bit of tuna, corn, and diced onion, and you're almost there!”
1 small can
2 small cans
Wash and dice the cucumber. Place in a deep bowl.
Add the drained corn and tuna into the same bowl. Slice the onion finely and place into the bowl and mix.
Add the yogurt, juice from 1/2 lime, some salt and pepper, and mix until everything is covered with the yogurt sauce.
Fill the pita bread with the salad and serve.
Tips & Tricks
You can toast the pita bread before filling them so it comes out a bit crispy.
