Melt the dark chocolate and the coconut oil in the same container. You can melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave (intervals of 30 seconds in the microwave to keep the chocolate from burning).

Add the cereals and mix very well.

Lay out parchment paper on a plate or a flat pan and form the clusters. Use a large spoon and form the clusters equally in size.

Let them cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
Tips & Tricks
You can use whichever type of cereal you have at home, although puffed rice is the best option. If you don't have any cereals, you can make this recipe with nuts.
