Slice the zucchini and cook in a pan with a bit of olive oil for 10 minutes, until tender.

Add the tomato sauce, salt, and oregano and cook for several minutes.

Make 4 holes and crack each egg into each hole. Cover the pan and let it cook for 3-5 minutes (or depending on how you like your eggs, it could be longer).
Tips & Tricks
You can add a bit of garlic powder and bell pepper to add more flavor.
Add the vegetables you like the most.
You can substitute the tomato sauce for fresh tomatoes and cook them together with the zucchini.
