2 cloves

tomato
1 unit

arugula
4 handfuls
Pantry ingredients

canned chickpea
1/2 small jar

oats
3 tbsp

cilantro
1 handful

salt
1 pinch

cumin powder
1 tbsp

bread
2 units

olive oil
2 tbsp
Instructions
1
Peel and chop the onion and cloves of garlic.
2
Place the onion, garlic, and garbanzos into a food processor or blender. Also place the oats, cilantro, and spices (salt and ground cumin). Pulse a few times (don’t overdo it or the mixture will be too dense) until you have a dough-like consistency. You can even leave some whole chunks.
3
Make hamburger patty shapes with the ingredients and cook on a pan with hot oil. Fry them and place onto a plate with a paper towel (this will absorb extra oil).
4
Open the buns, on one of the slices place the arugula, several slices of tomato, the patty, and some more arugula. Close it with the other bun and enjoy!
