Instructions
1
Firstly, peel and mince the garlic.
2
Put a little olive oil into a skillet. When hot, add the minced garlic to flavor the oil. After 1–2 minutes, add the ground meat and season to your liking. Stir regularly, letting it cook gradually. Then stir in the tomato sauce. This makes the meat moist and more appetizing. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
3
Slice the onion and put into the same skillet (there's no need to wash the skillet). It will cook gradually. After 2–3 minutes, add the sliced mushrooms. If they are canned, drain well and cut into slices. Cook for several more minutes and set aside.
4
Warm the tortillas for a minute in the same skillet .

All that's left now is to assemble the burritos by spreading out the tortilla and placing the ground meat in the center, topped with the mushrooms and onion. Then slowly wrap the filling inside the tortilla. Enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
Alternatively, in the step where you cook the onion and mushrooms, you can return the ground meat to the skillet at the end and mix everything together. Mix well and put the mixture directly from the skillet onto the tortilla and wrap.
You can add whatever vegetables you like. For example, you can add zucchini or some strips of red or green bell peppers. Make your burritos any way you like.
