Hake Bowl with Squash and Broccoli

Instructions

Peel the potato and cut into medium size slices.

Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Cook in a pot with boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside. Use the same water to cook the potato. Once done, set aside.

Cut the squash into smaller pieces and the onion into slices.

Add some oil to a pan. Once the oil is hot add the squash and onion. Cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Add some salt to the vegetables.

Add the broccoli to the pan and cook with the rest of the vegetables for several more minutes, until the squash is tender.

In another pan add some hot olive oil and cook the hake. Add some salt and pepper.

Place the vegetables on the plate, then the hake filet and follow it with the sliced potato.
