Ham and Cheese Pasta

milk

mustard

Instructions

Boil water and cook the pasta for the time indicated in the instructions.

Add the butter to a hot pan, once it melts add the flour and continuously stir. You will see that it will shape into a dough like consistency. Now add half of the milk and cream cheese and keep stirring the mixture. Add a bit of salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked ham and mustard and continue to stir for several more minutes until you have a creamy sauce.

Add the cheddar cheese and let it melt for a couple more minutes until it is fully melted. Add the rest of the milk to make the sauce creamier and keep on the stove for a few more minutes.

Add the pasta to the sauce you have just made and mix well. Enjoy!
