Instructions

On a tortilla, place two slices of ham and a slice of cheese on top. Close it by using another tortilla on top (as if it were a sandwich).

In a skillet or pan, add a small slice of butter. Once melted, place the tortilla that you've just prepared and warm it up until the cheese is melting and coming out of the sides.

Once achieved, flip it over and let the other side cook.

Serve on a plate. Place the basil on top and it's ready to eat.

Repeat these steps with the other tortillas until all of your ingredients are finished.
Tips & Tricks
We suggest that you dice up a tomato and once you are finished cooking the quesadilla, you place the tomato inside, taking care not to burn yourself. And if you like spice, try eating this quesadilla with some delicious ají.
