Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Pulverize the rolled oats (you can also just use oat flour).

Add the hazelnut cream, deseeded dates, cocoa, and melted coconut oil to a blender or food processor. Blend until everything is well combined.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop up some batter with a spoon and form a ball with your hands. Place the cookie ball on the parchment paper.

You can decorate the cookies with some chocolate on top.

Bake for 10 minutes.

The quantities in this recipe will make approximately 12 cookies, depending on the size of the cookies.|It is best to use medjool dates to others because they are sweeter and meatier and taste better in pastries.
You can substitute the dates for your favorite sweetener.|If you don't have hazelnut cream you can blend a handful of hazelnuts with the oats and dates.
