Begin by preheating your oven to 400ºF, then in a medium-sized skillet, add the ground beef and cook on medium heat until browned, approximately 20 minutes.

Once the beef is cooked, add the spaghetti sauce and breadcrumbs and mix until well combined.

Next, wash the bell peppers and cut them in half. Using a knife, carefully remove the inner veins and seeds.

Then, place the bell peppers in a medium-sized nonstick baking dish and divide the beef, sauce, and breadcrumb mixture evenly between the halved peppers.

Bake the stuffed peppers in the oven for approximately 25 minutes until they have softened and the edges begin to brown.

Garnish with mozzarella cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
