1 pinch
Instructions
1
Wash the kale and remove the stem if necessary (sometimes they are very thick).
2
Finely chop half an onion and the garlic clove.
3
Add some olive oil to a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and kale. Add some salt to the vegetables.
4
Beat the eggs very well in a bowl and add the flour, milk, and crumbled blue cheese. Mix well.
5
Add the contents of the pan into the bowl that contains the doughy mixture you have just prepared.
6
Add several drops of oil into a pan and start to add tablespoons of the mixture. Try to give them a hamburger patty shape using a spatula. Lightly brown them on each side. Make as many patties as you can until the mixture runs out.
7
Plate immediately after and serve. Try not to let them get cold since they are filled with gooey cheese.
Tips & Tricks
If you feel that the mixture is too compact, try adding another egg. We used one egg and we thought it worked out perfectly for our recipe, but it's up to you!|You can substitute the whole wheat flour for the flour of your choice.
