Kale Salad with Chicken and Cheese
“Do you have kale lying around in your fridge? If so, we have a recipe for you! Quick and easy, delicious, and an absolute must.”
Add some salt to the chicken breast. Add oil to the pan, and when it's hot, cook the chicken. Once it's ready, place it on a cutting board and shred.
Wash the kale and cut into smaller pieces.
Add the kale to a bowl, followed by the shredded chicken and crumbled fresh cheese. Finish off the salad by adding a handful of raisins, or if you'd prefer, craisins.
Tips & Tricks
The fresh cheese can be substituted for cottage cheese, feta cheese, or goat cheese... choose the option that sounds best to you.
