Lentil Patty with Green Bell Pepper

Cut the onion and green bell pepper into large pieces. Add the onion, bell pepper, canned lentils, cumin, and some salt to your food processor. Blend until you have a semi-thick and slightly lumpy mixture (take care not to blend too much and get a paste).

Take some of the mixture and form a ball. Gently press to form a hamburger. Repeat the steps until you have finished the mixture.

Add olive oil to a pan. When it is hot, add the hamburgers and fry.

Place them onto your plate and serve with a simple lettuce and cherry tomato salad. Enjoy!
