Mini Spinach Tarts made with Sandwich Bread

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Place the slices of bread on a cutting board. Use a rolling pin to press them down gently and then use a knife to remove the edges. Place them into the 6 muffin molds.
Beat the eggs with the yogurt and pinch of salt and pepper.
Chop the spinach and add to the beaten egg mixture.
Fill the molds with this mixture and finish by sprinkling some grated cheese on top.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Tips & Tricks
We used Large sized eggs.
You can add bacon or ham bits to the filling to make it tastier.
If you don't have yogurt at home, you can use cream or heavy cream.
