Instructions

Dice the onion and cook in a pan with some olive oil for 5 minutes.

Add the chopped mushrooms and cook for 5 more minutes, until the water that was released has evaporated. Meanwhile, dice the ham into small cubes.

Add the ham to the pan and cook for a few minutes.

Add the beans, salt, oregano, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir so everything mixes well. Lastly, add the tomato puree and cook for several more minutes. Adjust the salt if necessary.
Tips & Tricks
Add some tomato paste to add more flavor.
You can accompany this dish with some rice.
You can substitute beans for another legume if you would like.
