Instructions

Heat up water in a medium size pot (fill to about more than half of the pot) and when it begins to boil add salt. Cook the pasta as indicated on the package.

In a pan with a little olive oil, lightly sauté the salmon.

When the pasta is done, drain it and add it to the pot along with the cream. Mix the ingredients well and add a pinch of black pepper.

Tips & Tricks

You can serve this dish with dry or fresh parsley on top.

If you have zucchini in your kitchen, you can cook it with your salmon to add more vegetables to the dish.

You can also substitute the smoked salmon for fresh salmon. By doing this, the cooking time will be longer than with the smoked salmon.
