“ There is no better dish to share with friends than these fried potato wedges. What's even better is when you make them yourself. It seems difficult but in reality, you'll find out just how easy they are to make. ”

Instructions

1
Peel the garlic and onion and finely chop them.
2
In a pan or skillet add a little olive oil. Once hot, lightly fry the garlic and onion over medium heat. After 10 minutes the onion will be soft. Then add the flour and cook together for about a minute.
3
Now add the paprika to the pan, mix and cook for another minute, taking care not to burn it (it can give it a bitter taste).
4
Add the water to the pan, the cayenne pepper, a bit of salt and stir. It will slowly become thick. Once the sauce has reached your desired thickness, turn off the heat and let it cool. The sauce is now ready.
5
Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium sized cubes. Fry the potatoes in a pan with olive oil. Once cooked, remove and place them on top of paper towels to remove the excess oil. Sprinkle on some salt and place on the desired serving dish.
6
Pour the prepared sauce on top and they're ready to be served. Enjoy!
