Instructions

First, peel and cut the carrot into strips. Cut the green bell pepper and the onion into strips.

Heat a little oil in a skillet and add the onion, bell pepper, and carrot. Fry for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring often.

Add the cream to the skillet, reduce the heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Heat a little oil into another skillet and fry the pork loin steaks, seasoning with a little salt and pepper. Transfer the steaks to the skillet with the vegetables and cook everything together for 2 minutes. Then serve on a plate.

If you want more sauce, add more cream.
