Instructions

Season the pork loin steaks with salt and pepper. Put a little olive oil into a skillet and fry the steaks.

In the meantime, combine the cream cheese, mustard, rosemary, a pinch of salt, and the water in a pan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally to incorporate the cheese with the other ingredients.

Pour the sauce over the steaks and coat well. Then lower the heat right down and cook for 2–3 more minutes. Serve.
Tips & Tricks
You can use Dijon mustard.
