Potato and Cheese Cakes

Put water to boil in a pot.

Wash the potatoes and place into the boiling water without removing the peel. Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes. They shouldn't cook all the way through. Once this time has passed, drain and let them cool. Once cold carefully remove the peel and grate with a grater.

Add the grated potato into a bowl and then add the cheese. Add a pinch of salt and mix the ingredients. If it gets difficult because the mixture starts to stick to your hands, don't worry because it is normal. You will notice that it will soon mix.

Make little cake shapes out of the batter.

Heat up some oil in a pan and fry each cake on each side. Place on a paper towel and serve immediately. How delicious!
