Heat up some fresh or frozen raspberries in a pan and then mash with a fork. Strain the mashed raspberries to get rid of the seeds. Set aside.

Fill each cup with about 1 cup of water, the juice from half a lemon, and 2 or 3 tablespoons of the raspberry sauce from before. Mix well or blend in a blender. Add a tablespoon of honey or a bit of mint. Serve and enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
Serve with ice cubes.
You can make raspberry ice cubes like the ones in the picture. All you need is an ice tray. Add the raspberries to the ice tray then cover with water and freeze.
