Start by making the yogurt sauce. It’s really easy. In a bowl, combine unsweetened plain yogurt, 1 minced garlic clove, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well. You can also add a handful of minced cilantro, if you have any. Set the dressing aside for later.

Cut the onion and bell pepper into strips.

Heat a little oil in a skillet. When hot, add the onion and bell pepper and lightly fry over medium heat. When soft, turn off the heat and set aside for later.

Cook the salmon steaks in the same skillet. Season with a little salt. Once cooked, transfer to a cutting board and cut into small pieces.

In a bowl, combine the vegetables with the salmon pieces. Then fill each burrito with the mixture.

Place the burritos in a grill pan or skillet so they color on both sides. Serve with the yogurt sauce. Alternatively, mix the sauce in with the filling.
Tips & Tricks
If you have cilantro, add a little to the burrito filling with the yogurt sauce.
If you like a little heat, try adding a little cayenne pepper into the filling.
