Instructions

Wash the cherry tomatoes and then halve. Add the tomatoes to a bowl and also add the chopped avocado, finely diced onion and parsley, the salt, olive oil, and squeezed lemon. Stir so that everything is coated and then set aside.

Fry the salmon filets in a pan with some olive oil for just a few minutes on each side until they are toasted on the outside but cooked thoroughly on the inside.

Serve the salmon with the sauce on top.
