Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Wash and slice the mushrooms.

Heat up some oil in a pan and add the mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, slice the bacon. Add to the pan with the garlic powder and cook for 5 more minutes.

Once the mushrooms are tender and the water has evaporated, remove from the stove.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the mushrooms and bacon. Mix well.

Divide between two molds for muffins (with silicone cups or lined with parchment paper) and bake for 25 minutes.

After this time, prick with a toothpick and make sure the egg is fully cooked.
