Savory Bacon and Mushroom Egg Bites
“Everyone loves egg bites because of the infinite combinations of ingredients. They can be enjoyed at any time of the day and can make for a small breakfast on the go. These savory bacon and mushroom egg bites will blow you away.”
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Wash and slice the mushrooms.
Heat up some oil in a pan and add the mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, slice the bacon. Add to the pan with the garlic powder and cook for 5 more minutes.
Once the mushrooms are tender and the water has evaporated, remove from the stove.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the mushrooms and bacon. Mix well.
Divide between two molds for muffins (with silicone cups or lined with parchment paper) and bake for 25 minutes.
After this time, prick with a toothpick and make sure the egg is fully cooked.
