Instructions

Preheat the oven to 360°F.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix to a smooth, almost clay-like consistency. You can mix the dough by hand, or you can use a hand or stand mixer, food processor, or a hand blender.

Cover the work surface with parchment paper, then use a rolling pin to roll out the dough. Cut into whatever shapes you want, such as triangles, circles, or stars.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, depending on your oven. Take the cookies out of the oven and let cool on a rack. Serve as a snack.

Tips & Tricks

Use your favorite seeds. We used sesame and chia seeds, but the recipe also works well with sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and pumpkin seeds, among others. We also added tumeric for an amazing color and flavor.
