Chop the garlic. Slice the onion and mushrooms.

Add some olive oil to a pan and once it's hot add the chopped garlic, the onion, and mushrooms. Cook everything for 8-10 minutes. Add a bit of salt to everything.

While the mushrooms are cooking, take advantage and beat the eggs.

Add the grated cheese to the beaten eggs and mix.

When the mushrooms are cooked, add the eggs and use a wooden spoon to stir the eggs and scramble them.
