With a pot with water and a touch of salt, cook the spaghetti as indicated on the package. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

Wash the asparagus and remove the hard part of the bottom and slice them. Finely chop the garlic.

In a pan with little oil, sauté the chopped garlic. Once the garlic becomes fragrant, and the oil has absorbed the flavor, add the asparagus. Cook for several minutes and add salt.

Add the cooked spaghetti, a tablespoon of lemon juice and mix well. Let it cook for several minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
Tips & Tricks
Try adding ricotta cheese to the spaghetti. Before serving, using the same pan you can add several tablespoons (about 3) and mix. Continue the steps and serve.
