Spaghetti with Cauliflower

Instructions

In a pot of boiling water, cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package. Once cooked, drain, and set aside.

Slice the onion and finely chop the cauliflower.

Add the oil to a large pan. Once hot add the onion, a pinch of salt, and sauté for 2 minutes. After this time add the cauliflower to the pan and sauté for 10-12 minutes over medium heat.

Add the tomato sauce and mix.

Add the spaghetti and mix together with the sauce and cauliflower. Serve onto your dish. Finish it by sprinkling some oregano on top.
Tips & Tricks
It is not necessary to cook the cauliflower beforehand. If you cut them into small enough pieces then they will cook perfectly in the pan.
If you use whole wheat pasta, it is more nutritious and healthy and comes out great.
