Spaghetti with TVP.

Instructions

Bring water with a pinch of salt to a boil in a pan. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Drain.

Rehydrate the TVP. To do this, soak in a bowl of water for at least 20 minutes, then drain.

Heat a little olive oil in a large skillet. Then lightly fry the onion, minced, and the bell peppers, cut into strips, over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, stirring often.

Add the TVP to the skillet, raise the heat a little, and continue to cook for 5 more minutes.

Add the tomato sauce (preferably homemade) to the skillet, stir in, and cook for 5 more minutes.

Serve the spaghetti on a plate and pour the sauce over it.
Tips & Tricks
You can add a handful of sliced black olives to the sauce.
