Instructions

Place the spinach and water into the blender and blend.

Heat up a pan and pour some olive oil into it. Once hot, lightly fry a finely chopped garlic, without burning it.

Add the spinach to the pan, let it reduce over medium heat.
Tips & Tricks
We encourage you to add more spices to the recipe. Add a pinch of ground cumin and cayenne with the salt and pepper and you will notice the delicious flavor that it'll give the spinach.
