Sugar-Free Breakfast Cookies
“Do you have a sweet tooth, but need to lessen your sugar intake? There are ways to achieve this without cutting you off completely. We've come up with these cookies which are sweetened by a paste made of dates and by some chocolate chips. You'll see how good they come out.”
Add the date paste, coconut milk, oil, and vanilla essence or extract to a deep bowl. Mix until all the ingredients integrate well and turn into a homogenous batter. You can use a blender if necessary.
Add the almond flour and use a spatula to integrate with the batter.
Incorporate the oat flour and keep mixing. You can use a spatula at the beginning and finish using your hands. You'll see that you will get a homogenous batter.
Place the batter in the fridge and let it cool for about half an hour.
After this time, cut the batter and start making cookie shapes. Add some dark chocolate chips on top of each cookie.
Place the cookies into your air fryer at 350°F for 6-7 minutes. After this time, remove from the fryer and let them cool on a cooling rack. Once they've cooled off, place them in a jar.
Tips & Tricks
You can bake in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
