Instructions

Boil water in a pot and cook the pasta once it begins to boil. Cook for the time indicated on the instructions.

Chop the onion and the red bell pepper. Drain the beans and the corn from their containers and rinse under water.

Next, add some olive oil into a large pan and fry the onion and the bell pepper.

Once the vegetables are tender add the cooked beans and the corn to the pan and cook for several minutes.

Add the pasta you have just cooked and mix with the other ingredients. Leave on the stove for about another minute and then serve.

Add chopped cilantro and a bit of spice, and you'll be amazed with how great it'll taste.
