Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Drain the tuna and mix with the egg.

Add a drizzle of oil into a pan. Once hot add the egg with tuna. Cook it the way you would an omelet. If you like it to be wet, let it cook for several minutes before removing. If you like it to be more cooked, then leave it for several more minutes until it's reached your desired level of doneness.

Toast the bread and place the divided omelet on top of the toast. Enjoy!
